Joe Vardell

With over 40 years in the refining, chemical, fertilizer, power industries, Joe is an expert in all types of turnarounds and capital projects.

Working his way from helper, to welder, to the President of one of the largest turnaround service providers in the industry, Joe believes that integrity and transparency are the keys to successful partnerships.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Stan Martin

Stan Martin was raised in west Texas and graduated from Silverton High School. After high school he worked in metal fabrication and the industrial service sector throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, fueling an interest in pursuing industrial metal work as a career.

During his 45 years in the industry, Stan worked for several specialty turn-around companies, equipping himself with the knowledge needed to eventually launch his own company. For the last eighteen plus years, Stan has served as owner and president of WHM Custom Services, Inc., now a wholly owned subsidiary of Turn2 Specialty Companies.

In addition to his business pursuits, Stan is also a dedicated member of his family and community. He enjoys bird hunting and spending time with his family, including 11 grandchildren, and recently became a great-grandfather.

David Herzog

A graduate from Texas A&M University with over 25 years in the petrochemical industry, David has gained extensive expertise in turnarounds, capital projects, specialty services, and business development.

Through his positions from Business Development to Operations Manager to President, he has come to believe that “We must be Servant Leaders who demonstrate the courage, confidence, and commitment to connect with and inspire others to achieve quality results through teamwork.”

Outside of work, David enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Stacy, and two daughters.
